DISPATCH & POSTAGE

Orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 14 working days. Please be aware that all items are made in-house in our small Kent studio. We hold limited stock, this ensures that we deliver an expert level of quality every time and produce next to no waste.

Delivery times may vary depending on bank holidays, weekends and UK public holidays, but you'll be notified of any changes.

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail and a tracking reference will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

Customers are responsible for paying customs tax and duty charges.
CUSTOM ORDERS

We love working closely with clients to deliver beautiful original pieces. Feel free to get in touch if you'd like a custom piece and we'll see what we can do! Charges are dependant on individual requests but will be discussed prior to production.

Custom cup sizes are available for all styles, free of charge - you must specify your required cup size in the 'notes' section during check-out.
